Meet Rachel

Rachel’s great grandma is from Pilsen, otherwise known as the birthplace of Pilsner beer.

So, you could say this “whole beer thing” is in her blood.

I started home brewing as an (extremely elaborate) hobby. Then, began blogging about the experience. My blog quickly turned into an Instagram, which led to a Regional Editor role for PorchDrinking, beer school graduation, and becoming a Certified Cicerone.

Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to work with some of the most iconic brands in Chicago beer, launched a new brewery conglomerate, and interviewed a cider maker Normandy, France.

Because I cannot stop talking about beer, I host biweekly radio segments, create monthly newsletters, hop on occasional podcasts, and most importantly, launched a company to do what I love most, all of the time, which is very, very cool. Cheers!
